Richard Ratledge and Sylvia Caras met by e mail.

Sylvia Caras, President, continues to serve as the ICT link for the International Disability Alliance.  People Who has become a member of ICANN.

The domains peoplewho.org and peoplewho.net are renewed.  www.peoplewho.org /documents, /readingroom and /lists pages will be maintained at a basic level of usefulness.  www.peoplewho.org receives an average of 10,000 hits a week
