The Board of Directors of People Who Net met by e mail on Friday, October 31, 2003.

E mail waiver of notice was sent to all directors.

Londa McCullough, Irene Lynch, Richard Ratledge and Sylvia Caras met by e mail.

People Who was accredited to the UN Ad Hoc Committee and to the World Summit on the Information Society.  Sylvia Caras, President, has been invited to the preliminary Role of Science in the Information Society December 8 - 9, Geneva

The domains peoplewho.org and peoplewho.net havel been renewed for five years. . www.peoplewho.org /documents, /readingroom and /lists pages will be maintained at a basic level of usefulness.

There was no other business to discuss.
